What we collect
- What you type for the invitation: names (including a child's first name and age if you add them), date, time, place, optional map link, the WhatsApp number guests reply to, and notes.
- Your email address, which Stripe passes to us when you pay, so we can help you if you lose your link.
- Anonymous counts (for example how many people opened an invitation). Your IP address is only used in a scrambled form that changes every day, to stop abuse.
Your card details go to Stripe. We never see or store them.
Why
To make and deliver your invitation, show it to your guests through your link, give support, keep accounting records and prevent abuse. The legal bases are performing the service you ordered and, for children's details, your explicit consent.
Who else sees it
Only our service providers: Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). We don't sell data, don't show ads and use no tracking pixels. When guests RSVP, their message goes from their WhatsApp directly to the host; we don't see or keep it.
How long we keep it
- Unpaid drafts: deleted after 3 days.
- Invitations (with all names and details): deleted automatically 30 days after the event.
- An anonymous sales record (amount, date, design, no names) is kept for our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing lamma@trainissites.com. You can also delete details yourself by editing the invitation.
Security
HTTPS everywhere, private host links that only you have (we store them scrambled), and invitation pages that search engines are told not to list.
Children
Lamma is for adults (18+). We only show a child's first name and age when a parent or guardian adds them and confirms consent.

البيانات التي نجمعها
- ما تكتبه في الدعوة: الأسماء (ومنها الاسم الأول للطفل وعمره إن أضفتهما)، والتاريخ والوقت والمكان، ورابط الخريطة الاختياري، ورقم واتساب الذي يرد عليه الضيوف، والملاحظات.
- بريدك الإلكتروني الذي يصلنا من Stripe عند الدفع، لنساعدك إذا فقدت رابطك.
- إحصاءات مجهولة الهوية (مثل عدد مرات فتح الدعوة). ولا نستخدم عنوان IP إلا بصيغة مشفرة تتغير يومياً لمنع إساءة الاستخدام.
تذهب بيانات بطاقتك إلى Stripe، ولا نطّلع عليها أو نحفظها.
لماذا نجمعها
لصنع دعوتك وتسليمها وعرضها لضيوفك عبر رابطك، ولتقديم الدعم، وحفظ السجلات المحاسبية، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. الأساس القانوني هو تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها، وموافقتك الصريحة بالنسبة لبيانات الأطفال.
من يطّلع عليها
مزودو الخدمة فقط: Stripe (الدفع) وCloudflare (الاستضافة). لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع. عندما يؤكد الضيوف حضورهم، تُرسل رسائلهم من واتسابهم مباشرة إلى المستضيف، ولا نراها ولا نحفظها.
مدة الحفظ
- المسودات غير المدفوعة: تُحذف بعد 3 أيام.
- الدعوات (بكل الأسماء والتفاصيل): تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 30 يوماً من المناسبة.
- نحتفظ بسجل مبيعات مجهول الهوية (المبلغ والتاريخ والتصميم، دون أسماء) لأغراض المحاسبة.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك، عبر مراسلتنا على lamma@trainissites.com. ويمكنك أيضاً تعديل التفاصيل بنفسك من صفحة التعديل.
الأمان
اتصال مشفر (HTTPS) في كل مكان، وروابط خاصة بالمستضيف لا يملكها غيرك (نحفظها بصيغة مشفرة)، وصفحات دعوات لا تظهر في محركات البحث.
الأطفال
خدمة "لمّة" مخصصة للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر). لا نعرض الاسم الأول للطفل وعمره إلا عندما يضيفهما الوالد أو ولي الأمر ويؤكد موافقته.
