1. Who we are

Lamma is operated by Trainis FZE-LLC, trade licence no. [to be completed before launch] issued by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: lamma@trainissites.com · [to be completed before launch].

2. The service

We make personalised digital invitations: an animated video, a picture and a web link where guests can see the invitation and RSVP by WhatsApp. You get them immediately after payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) before you pay. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

4. Your content

You confirm you have permission to use the names and details you add. Please don't add anything offensive, unlawful or misleading, or anything that belongs to someone else (for example film characters or logos). We may switch off an invitation that breaks these rules.

5. Children's details

If the invitation includes a child's first name or age, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission. The service itself is for adults (18+).

6. Edits

You can correct and update the details for free until the event (fair use: up to 30 edits, and the date can't be moved more than 90 days after purchase). An invitation is for one event.

7. Refunds

8. How long links stay online

Your invite link stays online until 30 days after the event, then it is deleted with its details. Save the video and picture if you want to keep them.

9. Designs

The designs, artwork and music belong to Lamma. You may use your invitation for your event; you may not resell the designs.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.

تُدار خدمة "لمّة" من قِبل Trainis FZE-LLC، الحاصلة على الرخصة التجارية رقم [to be completed before launch] الصادرة عن المنطقة الحرة لمدينة الشارقة للنشر، وعنوانها: مركز الأعمال، المنطقة الحرة لمدينة الشارقة للنشر، إمارة الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. للتواصل: lamma@trainissites.com · [to be completed before launch].

2. الخدمة

نصنع دعوات رقمية مخصصة: فيديو متحرك وصورة ورابط إلكتروني يعرض الدعوة ويتيح للضيوف تأكيد حضورهم عبر واتساب، وتصلك فور إتمام الدفع.

3. الأسعار والدفع

تُعرض الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي قبل الدفع. تتم معالجة الدفع بالبطاقة وApple Pay وGoogle Pay عبر Stripe، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك.

4. محتواك

تؤكد أن لديك الإذن باستخدام الأسماء والتفاصيل التي تضيفها، وتلتزم بعدم إضافة أي محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون أو مضلل أو مملوك لغيرك (مثل شخصيات الأفلام أو الشعارات). يحق لنا إيقاف أي دعوة تخالف ذلك.

5. بيانات الأطفال

إذا تضمنت الدعوة الاسم الأول لطفل أو عمره، فأنت تؤكد أنك والده أو ولي أمره أو لديك إذن منه. الخدمة نفسها مخصصة للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر).

6. التعديلات

يمكنك تصحيح التفاصيل وتحديثها مجاناً حتى موعد المناسبة (بحد أقصى 30 تعديلاً، ولا يمكن تأجيل التاريخ لأكثر من 90 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء). كل دعوة مخصصة لمناسبة واحدة.

7. الاسترجاع

8. مدة إتاحة الرابط

يبقى رابط دعوتك متاحاً حتى 30 يوماً بعد المناسبة، ثم يُحذف مع تفاصيله. احفظ الفيديو والصورة إذا أردت الاحتفاظ بهما.

9. التصاميم

التصاميم والرسومات والموسيقى ملك لـ "لمّة". يحق لك استخدام دعوتك لمناسبتك، ولا يحق لك إعادة بيع التصاميم.

10. المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الدعوة المعنية.

11. القانون المطبّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

12. التعديلات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وتتوفر أحدث نسخة دائماً على هذه الصفحة.
