Refund policy

• Free preview first. You see the full animated invitation before you pay.
• Full refund if the invitation doesn't work (the link, video or picture can't be opened or made and we can't fix it within 48 hours), if it doesn't match the preview, if you were charged twice, or if we switched it off by mistake.
• Free fixes: typos and changed details can be corrected by you, any time before the event, with “Edit details”.
• Because each invitation is a personalised digital product made to your specification, we don't refund a change of mind after it has been delivered.
• How: email lamma@trainissites.com within 14 days with your receipt number (LAM-…). Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

• معاينة مجانية أولاً: ترى الدعوة المتحركة كاملة قبل الدفع.
• استرداد كامل إذا لم تعمل الدعوة (تعذّر فتح الرابط أو صنع الفيديو أو الصورة ولم نتمكن من الإصلاح خلال 48 ساعة)، أو اختلفت عن المعاينة، أو تم خصم المبلغ مرتين، أو أوقفنا الدعوة عن طريق الخطأ.
• إصلاحات مجانية: يمكنك تصحيح الأخطاء وتعديل التفاصيل بنفسك في أي وقت قبل المناسبة من خلال "تعديل التفاصيل".
• لأن كل دعوة منتج رقمي مخصص يُصنع حسب طلبك، لا يُسترد المبلغ لمجرد تغيير الرأي بعد التسليم.
• طريقة الطلب: راسلنا على lamma@trainissites.com خلال 14 يوماً مع رقم الإيصال (LAM-…). يُعاد المبلغ إلى البطاقة نفسها عبر Stripe عادةً خلال 5–10 أيام عمل.
